My Xbox Preventive 3RL Fix

The Xbox 360 sure has one big problem. It's the heat. No, it won't cause profuse sweating to the owner it literally bakes everything!,, Even its insides. I got a Xenon from one of those buy and sell forums and boy! It is sure hot. Just 30 minutes into playing StreetFighter IV and you can feel the heat from this baby. I reckon this thing won't last in a month! So, I made a choice. I opened it up, Literally.

Bad move? Nah, but it sure looked like a bad move. Opening up a 360 without any idea. Mind you, this is a second hand unit. It didn't have any problems. But the sheer fact and I mean FACT that this thing is going to go up in smoke is too much of a Fix-her-Upper situation. I just can't wait to get my hands on it to fix it.

So, I read forums on how to fix the problem. Now, I've heard of the Famous 3RL. The 3 Rings of Light. Red Rings signifying that there's a general hardware failure. Its the same as the "BRICK" which is common among PSP users.

Cause:
Bad design choices? Probably, designers for this console didn't think smart enough and well enough to make a way for heat to be dissipated properly in an Xbox 360. It is an already cramped up console and a bad design would further complicate things. And it did!.
